Updates before the transition from WWW8052 to Web51

• June 11, 2001

  Fixed a bug in the ether project.

• June 6, 2001

  Added more projects, partially redesigned the kernel library.

• April 14, 2001

  The development system was redesigned to remove dependency on commercial make by M$. Since this version, make and bash from the GNU project are used and are a part of the development system. A small bug in http.a51 was fixed. Directory structure has also changed. Simple temperature measurement with the DS1620 sensor was added to the Examples. Added descriptions of the filesystem and conversion scripts html2db.pl, mac2hex.pl and ip2hex.pl.

• April 12, 2001

  New WWW8052 version was displayed at the Amper 2001 fair in the HW server booth. Since then, WWW8052 is available as a kit, sold at the HW shop.

• January 27, 2001

  GTML, a HTML preprocessor, is now used. Pages are tested with Checklinks. Several small errors were fixed.

• January 13, 2001

  Added chapters about the free development system to software, corrected version of the free development system and portions of WWW8052 docs in PDF are now available for download, added UTP cables and connectors to the Ethernet section, fixed several hyperlinks that have changed.

• November 5, 2000

  Added software section (except packet driver), added links to RAR archiver and EAGLE system to the Download section.

• March 18, 2000

  Added chapter about reading the MAC addresss from the EEPROM on the NIC board.

• March 5, 2000

  Added photos, schematic and PCB layout for Eagle.

• February 28, 2000

  Added RTL8019 and 8052 packet driver. Entire www structure is being gradually reorganized.

• January 20, 2000

  Added Ethernet over optic fiber.

• January 9, 2000

  Extended "Ethernet over TP", added a link to diagnostic functions on coax. Added the navigation arrows on top of the pages.

• December 30, 1999

  Index page changed, server map added.

  Fixed several filename collisions (lowercase/UPPERCASE).

  Most HTML revised, added "TPEX - TP cable circuits".
